If you’re looking for a fire risk assessment in Acton, look no further than our team of expert fire safety consultants.
Here's an overview of a property that we recently assessed in this area:
"The building is a modern purpose 3 storey block of flats which is built using traditional construction with external brick walls, concrete floors, block/brick internal walls and a tiled pitched roof. Being newly built in 2017 it has building regulation completion, and electrical and gas installation certification. On the ground floor there are three flats which all have external doors, a covered car park and an entrance lobby. A single staircase provides access to the first floor which comprises a corridor serving five flats and a further two flats at second floor level with lobby approach. The car park is provided with an electric gate and intercom access is available to the entrance lobby for security purposes. At the time of inspection all of the flats were occupied with the majority of tenants coming from professional backgrounds."
